Ron Dalla offers an easy, hassle free process for all change of mind orders.
If you are not completely happy with your order, please return it to us for an exchange or credit note. We do not offer refunds at this time.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM/S
We will be able to assist your return within the following guidelines;
- Item has not been worn, altered, washed or damaged.
- Item is in saleable condition, in original packaging with all swing tags still intact.
- Item is returned in a timely manner to ensure we have the item back instore within 14 days of delivery.
Process;
- Please notify us of the item you would like to exchange or Store credit. We must be aware of your intention to return and we must approve your return BEFORE sending it to us. Please notify us via email or phone as soon as possible.

Postage cost for returning of any item(s) will be at the customers expense. We will also post out your exchange item(s) free of charge. For returns on sale items we will exchange or give you a credit note that will last up to 38 months
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Important Information
Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer exchanges or credit notes on lost parcels. We always recommend using registered post with a tracking number to avoid missing parcels.
Please note; if you damage a garment (e.g. after wearing it a button falls off or the zip breaks because of wear) we cannot accept garments back for exchange/credit notes.
